Review
If you want to enjoy music on the move with your handset, then the Nokia BH-601 Stereo Bluetooth Headset is for you. This sleek headset offers you wireless music, and the ability to seamlessly transfer to a phone call as needed. These comfortable headphones provide excellent sound quality for even the most finicky audiophile.
Basically, Nokia BH-601 is compatible with all devices supporting A2DP Bluetooth technology for stereo audio. This product ensures easy switching when theres a call. With the integrated headset controls for MP3 player and phone, you can stay conveniently connected, but wire free. The BH-601 has relatively few controls, all of which are located on the right ear pod. Dedicated volume and track rocker switches are separated by the multi-function control in the middle that attempts to handle all other tasks, such as power, music playback and pausing, voice dialing, and redialing.
The audio quality that offered by Nokia BH-601 is amazing. Bass and treble response are fantastic, and the music isn’t over powered by the mid-range frequencies. When used for voice calls, the BH-601 is nicer to the remote caller than to its wearer. Outbound audio is very good from the BH-601 , IF there is not a lot of ambient noise. Inbound audio in the headset is comes in through the left ear only, and itself is not good for voice calls.
Overall, Nokia BH-601 is a high quality headset. The sound quality was loud and clear, and the music sounded just as full as you’d expect to hear it on a regular set of speakers. However, It is best for listen to the music rather then voice call.
