Prison Break Mobile Game. A mobile game based on the popular TV series Prison Break will be released by Vivendi this year. This mobile game finds you in the midst of the first season and it’s your job to lead Michael Scofield through 36 maps across 12 different environments.

[ad#mobile]Being one of the world’s favourate TV series, there are no reason you never heard about Prison Break.  Now, beside showing up on your TV screen, you are able to play it on your mobile phone.

The game is based on the first season of the Tv series and your task is to lead Michael Scofield through 36 maps, having available 12 different environments. In the game, you will be able to find all the elements of the actual story, including stuff like prison rioting and tunnel digging. The game is an adventure, as you’ll wander around, talki with other people, solve puzzles, collect and use all types of items.

It is wiered that almost every activity listed above can be carried out by simply hitting the ’5′ key.  This results in a game where almost all you’re expected to do is hit one key on command.

There are some other aspects to the game though. There are two mini games to play. One involves a picture jumble that you have to solve.The faster you finish the picture game, the more time you’ll have to explore the tunnels at night so you can familiarise yourself with the route for later.The other one is you are running away from people and need to jump, break and roll past the obstacles in the chase game. You are auto running so all you have to do is to press 5 at the right time. You even get 5 lives to finish these games and if you need more than 2 or 3, there’s something wrong.

When it come to the final level, you will have to escape within the time limit and there’s pretty much only one way to go. There are guards wander around and spot you. But it’s only when they get near enough.If you fail at this point, you will have to restart from your save point, which have to restart the whole 10 minute shebang again.Pretty annoying.

Overall, the games seem not as interesting as the real TV series. It probaly will disappointing many prison break’s fans out there. However, it’s kinda cute to see the drama characters such as Scofield, Lincoln, Sucre or Abruzzi in the little display.
