Nokia 5700 Review
The Nokia 5700 really giving the outstanding design on the keypad where can be twisted to four different positions. The twisted function is not simply design to be for fun or good looking only but each twisted position allowing easier access to a specific function of the 5700.
Nokia 5700 is a decent music player, it is compatible with a wide range of audio standards (AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, MP3, MP4, M4A, WMA, Mobile XMF, SP-MIDI, AMR (NB-AMR), MIDI Tones (poly 64), RealAudio 7,8,10, True tones (WB-AMR), WAV) and you can transfer tracks using the Nokia Music Manager or Windows Media Player. The microSD cards with a capacity up to 2 gigabytes, is enough space for roughly 500 to 1000 tracks using the AAC format or one of its variants. With the twistable function to activate the audio/video player, It be can consider as a good controlling mp4 player. The sound quality is not bad but it also has to depend on the headset you use.
The image quality can be considered good as well. But unfortunately dynamic range of the camera is limited, which makes it hard to capture subjects with large differences in dark and light; the lighter areas are often too light and the darker parts too dark. As a result taking pictures in the dark produces poor quality pictures
The Nokia 5700 truly is a multimedia phone and it’s suitable for those like to listen music all the time, instead of using MP4 player. The unique twistable design can distinguish you form other conventional design phone. I guess people are easily attracted by it outstanding design when first time see it. However, the camera downgraded the value of Nokia 5700. I think Nokia can do better on it.
