I started using mine in March 2010, upgrading from the 6500c. However, there are a few flaws with the 6730c. 1. There are no smileys when sending sms. 2. There is no quick dial with messaging (the 6500c permitted sms sending to recently used numbers and numbers from the call log. The 6730c doesn't) 3. It is almost impossible to view numbers in call logs (especially when those numbers are already saved in the Contacts). 4. It is not possible to tell the number of times you miss a particular call and at what times. 5. There is no "Go To" function. I agree totally with the review with this website.
